Our manufacturing campus in Razlog, Bulgaria has developed a dual path approach to manufacturing for both of our business areas. For magnetic heads, we have internal vertical integration. We have the capabilities to bring in raw materials and transform them into completed head assemblies. For contract manufacturing, our highly skilled labor force is capable of all levels of mechanical and electrical assembly work from purchased or internally manufactured components.
Our capabilities are organized into a mechanical shop, an etching shop, assembly areas, chemical, measuring and testing laboratories, and a fully equiped tool room. Each phase of the production process involves inspection of operations performed and quality of materials used. The focus here is to control the production process so that all promised time schedules and quality standards are met.
